Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of completing your registration.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations received before March 1, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a €50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
Will the presentations be recorded?
No, presentations will not be recorded to maintain confidentiality and encourage open discussion of unpublished work.
